“Look & See: A Portrait of Wendell Berry” is now available for streaming on Netflix.

I loved working on this film: the job went by so quickly that when it was done I missed it and wished I could spend more time with it. If you’re a fan of writer and poet Wendell Berry then you’ll undoubtedly love this glimpse into his world. If you’re not familiar with Wendell Berry, this isn’t a biopic: it’s more like a glimpse at the world through Wendell’s viewpoint as a farmer, activist, and conservationist. At a lean runtime of 80 minutes, this documentary is truly like a deep breath in the midst of all the chaos. The film was shot by cinematographer Lee Daniel and it’s just plain beautiful to look at. “Look & See” is also available on Blu-Ray, and the score is available through Lakeshore Records on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, Apple Music, and all digital retail outlets.
